COVID-19 Vaccine Walk-In at Community Health

PARK RAPIDS, MN (November 1, 2021) – CHI St. Joseph’s Health Community Health will offer COVID-19 vaccine walk-in availability for primary series (1st and 2nd doses) of Pfizer vaccine and Johnson & Johnson.

Pfizer vaccine is available for ages 12 and older and Johnson & Johnson for 18 and older.  Anyone under 18 years of age will required parental consent. *BOOSTER DOSES ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR WALK-IN.

  • When: Tuesday (11/2/21) 8:30am-4:00pm and Friday (11/5/21) 8:30am-2:00pm

If you need to get in before (or after) the hours listed, please call the Community Health office at 218.237.5464 and we will try to accommodate your availability as best as possible.

Appointment are still available for the upcoming Moderna booster clinic on 11/3/2021.  **Pre-registration is required (due to verification requirements). Register online at www.chisjh.org or call 218.237.5464.

The Moderna booster is available for those who received their 1st and 2nd doses of Moderna COVID-19 vaccine at least 6 months ago. This clinic will be held in the lower level conference room at CHI St. Joseph’s Health hospital. Previous vaccination status will be verified prior to administration.
