Patient Bill Pay Options

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we ask for your cooperation in limiting in-person bill payments if possible. Please consider utilizing one of the four options below to pay your bill:

  1. Mail your payment using the envelope provided with your statement.
  2. Use the drop box that is located in the alley behind the Park Rapids Post Office. If you would like a receipt sent to you, please indicate that on your payment.
  3. Use the Online Bill Pay option on our website: www.CHISJH.org, which is located under the “Patients and Visitors” tab.
  4. Call to make an over the phone credit card payment. Call 218.732.3311 and the operator can direct your call to Patient Financial Services.
