CHI St. Joseph’s Health offers both phase 2 and phase 3 cardiopulmonary rehab care. Phase 2 is post event and monitored on the tele every session.  Phase 3 is more independent and available to anyone with a cardiac risk factor.

Pulmonary Rehabilitation

We help patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases (COPD) who are experiencing difficulty performing daily activities. If you have issues with COPD conditions such as emphysema or interstitial lung disease, CHI St. Joseph’s Health can help you find relief with Pulmonary Rehabilitation.

Learn what you can do to manage your COPD. Experience decreased shortness of breath and a better quality of life. If needed, you will receive oxygen when starting an exercise program and while being medically monitored by our specialized care team.
