Raffle tickets are $2.00 and may be purchased at CHI St. Joseph’s Health Gift Shop or from an Auxiliary member or you may mail your Raffle Form with payment to: CHI St. Joseph’s Health Volunteer Services, Attn: Sonja Day at 600 Pleasant Avenue South, Park Rapids, MN 56470. Cash or check ONLY.
Online Raffle forms must be received with payment by March 12th. Tickets will still be available in-person until the drawing on March 16th at CHI St. Joseph’s Health Auxiliary Purse Bingo. Need not be present to win.
