Nutrition Services
CHI St. Joseph’s Health Nutrition Services plays an important role in educating, improving and promoting healthy food choices for all inpatients. The team includes 4 Licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionists and a Certified Diabetes Educator.
Our patient menus provide patients’ with the experience of flavorful and healthy home cooked meals, while maintaining compliance with individual patient therapeutic diet orders. Patients may choose breakfast, lunch, and dinner selections from special menus fitting their dietary needs and restrictions.
Guest Dining with Patients After Hours
Visitors wishing to dine with patients after regular café hours may purchase a guest tray. Please go to the registration desk in the ER or Main lobby on the 1st floor to request a guest meal. Please use the patient room phone to notify Nutrition Services of the need for a guest tray and you will be delivered the house diet meal option. Cost per meal is $7 for lunch and supper and $5 for breakfast.
